I bet you always thought that all your dog did when he came to K9 Piper’s Place for day-care was run around, play with toys, and nap the rest of the time. The K9 volunteers went behind the scenes and checked out what else really happens when your dogs come to K9 Piper’s. What we found was shocking drama that no one ever knew existed! For starters, let’s look at Charlie. Small, cute, and almost girly-looking—but quite the opposite—he is often the source of dating dilemmas. We found that he’ll snag almost any cute pup he can find. Take Muffin, for instance. Fluffy and adorable, we observed that something was obviously going on between her and Charlie. The first day we found out about this perfect couple, they were licking and biting and wrestling with each other to the love song “Breakaway” on the radio. But only days later, Charlie turned his back on our lovely Muffin and the volunteers caught him red-pawed, nuzzling Lucy, an elegant standard poodle. Will Muffin and Charlie’s love for each other be tragically put to an end? Can Lucy nuzzle her way into Charlie’s heart to be his new love interest?
